Mr. Keanon Swan has twenty-five years of experience in postal related operations, product and policy. As manager of Sprint’s Strategic Partner Relations & Postal Strategy within the Information Technology/Care and Billing Services organization, Mr. Swan is responsible for supplier capability assessment and selection, business case development, contract negotiations and supplier relationship management. Mr. Swan also serves as Sprint’s national postal liaison to the United States Postal service, representing logistics, marketing, IT, sales, real estate and legal organizations. Most recently, Mr. Swan co-designed and created proof-of- concept for an innovative job exchange program. The program is being piloted in our Shared Services organization in 2015.

Mr. Swan has earned numerous awards and national recognition for balancing billing innovations, inclusion and diversity, environmental sustainability and cost improvements including, 2012 Mid America Minority Supplier Development Council (MAMSDC) Buyer of the Year Award and XPLOR Innovation of the Year Award for Sprint ecoEnvelope. Mr. Swan was also featured on the cover of Target Marketing Magazine February 2013 for the implementation of the Sprint ecoEnvelope.

Known for innovation and leadership, Mr. Swan continuously reinvests time via various mentoring programs throughout the company. Mr. Swan is considered a highly effective and engaged leader.

Mr. Swan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology and has certifications as a Six Sigma Green Belt and a USPS Executive Management certification.
