Ms. Teniece Hardy is a proud member of the Hallmark team where she is responsible for ensuring the product quality and safety standards of various Hallmark products distributed and sold in the marketplace. Ms. Hardy started her career at Hallmark as an engineering intern back in 2003 and joined Hallmark on a full-time basis as a manufacturing section manager in 2006. She has held various roles in the Supply Chain organization leading up to her current role in the Product Integrity group.

Ms. Hardy is recognized as a formal and informal peer, mentor and youth leader for other young African-Americans both in and outside of Hallmark. Within Hallmark, Ms. Hardy is active with Hallmark African American Leaders (HAAL).

Striving to give back and make a valuable difference in our community, Ms. Hardy has supported the Hallmark Christmas in October (CIO) as the captain for 3 years. CIO is a community organization focused on providing housing renovation services to the under-privileged, elderly, disabled, or veteran residents of inner Kansas City, who would otherwise not be able to afford or receive these services. Ms. Hardy has also served as a Community Service leader for a volunteer youth group called, ”YWP” or Youth in a World of Pressure of Second Missionary Baptist Church of Grandview, Missouri leading young people through volunteering with other local organizations.

A graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia, Ms. Hardy holds an Industrial Engineering Degree. She anticipates completing her Master’s Degree in Business from Webster University in the summer of 2016.
