Angelique is the Procurement Operations Manager for Hallmark Cards. She has spent the last 28 years at Hallmark. She is responsible for leading key enabling functions for procurement, including training and development, best prac-tice process and tools, technology enablers, performance monitoring, and supplier diversity strategy. Angelique also leads the team responsible for the tactical execution of procurement. Angelique’s role is external facing, in that she represents the Hallmark brand by actively participating in diversity events within the community through the various chambers, councils and the local supplier diversity manager’ peer groups.
Angelique began her career as an entry-level production worker. She realized the need to complete a degree to advance her career. Angelique went back to school and completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Baker University. She graduated Cum Laude.

Angelique is a valued cross-divisional leader within Hallmark’s supply chain. Her breadth of experience across manu-facturing, human resources, finance, quality and procurement ensures her ability to take an end-to-end approach in all she does. Her professional contributions include serving as the chair for the Supply Chain Diversity & Inclusion Council. She is a respectful leader who actively listens to her team and forges the path to issue resolution. She is posi-tive, upbeat and exemplifies a strong commitment to Hallmark.

Angelique has a long-standing history of community service, especially where the development and support of youth are concerned. Key contributions range from volunteering to read to students in the classroom, mentoring college students, and assuming leadership roles within her church to develop programs that prepare youth for success. With her busy schedule, she has found time to mentor student at various colleges, organize clothing drives, participate in the Midnight Run and the Relay for Life to raise funds for those causes, and assisted in the establishment of youth based programs.
