Olivia has been with Honeywell for the past 5 years. She currently serves in the capacity of a Lean Expert. In this role, she is charged with continually challenging conventional thinking, driving accountability for the site or functional results and sustaining the application of the Honeywell Operating System (HOS). She regularly serves as a facilitator and instructor; educating employees by teaching continuous improvement thinking and leading Kaizen events on a regular basis.
Olivia possesses an MBA from Baker University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Additionally, she earned an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Kansas City Kansas Community College. Her educational achievements include being a National Dean’s List honoree, being on the college honor roll, being the recipient of the Professional Women of South Western Bell Scholarship, an hon-oree of the USAA National Collegiate Minority Leadership Award, and being a mentor with the Academic Challenge Team Mentoring Middle School Students.

Due to the demands of the business, she is heavily engaged and participates in improvement teams to enhance processes, throughout the organization. Her focus is to serve as a change agent with the Honeywell FM & T leadership team and employees. In 2017, she was awarded a Honeywell Achievement "Bravo" as a result of her involvement in a director level sponsored initiative; which is currently driving significant improvements with Honeywell FM & T customers. Additionally, she has been awarded several "Bravo" awards for involvement in other efforts related to her responsibilities at Honeywell.

At the Evangelistic Center International Ministries, Olivia serves in various functions. She is the president of the music ministry, a member of the dance ministry, fine arts and is the teacher for the children's ministry, church board member, social media team member, women's ministry event coordinator and finance lead for the church's district. She has also served as a MODELS Mentor, which assists in mentoring young women. Ad-ditionally she serves as a board member for "Imagine Me", which is a mentoring program for young women in middle schools. Olivia serves as the Cultural Awareness Committee Lead for the Honeywell Black Employee Network (HBEN).
