Black Achievers - Membership

Members of the Black Achievers Society are African American professionals nominated by their employer for their corporate leadership, significant accomplishments, community involvement and education.
In October, a letter and nomination form are mailed by the Black Achievers Society to businesses in the Greater Kansas City, area; requesting them to identify and nominate African Americans based on the criteria previously mentioned.
A committee comprised of representatives from the Black Achievers Society and the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) selects the Honorees from persons nominated.
